Four of Jupiter's Moons
Using a low power, you gain look at Jupiter and its four largest moons
known as the Galilean Moons:
The moons are Io, Europa, Ganymede and Callisto. By observing the motions of these
four bodies, Galileo realized that they were orbiting Jupiter and not the Earth in
contradiction to geocentrism.
The above is brought to you by Jupiter Scientific,
an organization devoted to the promotion of
science through books, the internet
and other means of communication.
