Synopsis:
Thomas the Turtle lives with his family on a picturesque pond.
He is told by his mother not to go to a forbidden region of the pond.
But Thomas's curiosity gets the better of him and one day he ventures too close.
What transpires thereafter is an adventure in which Thomas battles the forces of nature
to become reunited with his family.

About the Author:
Stuart Samuel is a graduate of Princeton University.
His first book One! Two! Three! This Book 's for Me!
was selected as a “Best of 2002” by January Magazine.
Samuel lives with his wife and two children in California.
About the Illustrator:
Nathaniel Dailey received his BA with an emphasis in illustration
and design from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Among his previously illustrated books are An American Bear in Paris,
Spell to Attract Excitement, Goodnight Little Rock and Grand-Père Bear.
Dailey teaches art at his studio based in Little Rock,
where he also produces art in diverse mediums
for private and corporate collections around the world.
